While the Website, its content and any of the information on it (together “the Content”) is published in good faith, Pavillion Gluten Free Choicemakes no warranty or representation about the Content including as to it being free of errors or omissions, complete or correct. Pavillion Gluten Free Choice excludes to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of the Content.
Pavillion Gluten Free Choice will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of use of the Content, including loss of business profits.
Pavillion Gluten Free Choice reserves the right to change, amend or delete the Content from time to time and without notice.
Pavillion Gluten Free Choice obligations with respect to its products and services are governed solely by the agreements under which they are provided. Nothing on the Website should be construed to alter or form part of such agreement.
To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, Pavillion Gluten Free Choice collects site-visitation statistics using cookies. We only use this information in aggregated form and only use site-visitation statistics for improving our site. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.
If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the Pavillion Gluten Free Choice Website, you will be able to view the text on the screens, however you will not experience a personalized visit nor will you be able to subscribe to the service offerings on the site. Your Shopping Cart will also not remember items added but not checked out.
Availability of Goods
You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods on the Website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this occurs, Pavillion Gluten Free Choice will contact you within five (5) Business Days to arrange a full or partial refund. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within five (5) Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. Pavillion Gluten Free Choice is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.
We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Good displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. Pavillion Gluten Free Choice will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular Good.
Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Order that is the subject of the error . If applicable, Pavillion Gluten Free Choice will proceed to fulfil the remainder of your Order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) all pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of Goods may differ in real life;
(b) you have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Order;
(c) where we provide sizing or other measurements in the descriptions of a Good (where applicable), it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order; and
(d) any accessory featured with the Goods is for illustration purposes only.
Product quality and Returns
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 347 7865. We require the Batch Number, Expiry Date and store where you have purchased the product before we replace or refund it.
Product labelling information
All Products are sold in compliance with the labelling provisions of the Australia New Zealand Food Code.
