Christchurch: 2 working days
South Island: 2-3 working days
North Island: 3-4 working days

Delivery Charges
There are no delivery charges for orders $60 or over.
There is a delivery charge for orders under $60. Christchurch is $4; the rest of New Zealand is $7.50.
PLEASE NOTE
We are not able to deliver frozen products, nor can we deliver to Private Bags or PO Boxes.
Authority to Leave
You can give our couriers permission to leave a parcel at home without you having to sign for it www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking and enter the 5-digit tracking number that you received in your order confirmation email that we sent you.

Returns
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please email sales@pavillionfoods.co.nz or call 0800 347 7865. We require the batch number, expiry date, and the name of the store where you purchased the product before we replace or refund it.
